Friends of Friends was tasked with producing a video documenting the production process of a USM Shelf, from the initial purchase and manufacturing process in USM’s Swiss headquarters right up to it being delivered and assembled in an apartment.

The video was created in order to give viewers deep insights into the unique processes behind USM’s high-quality products, the video responded to the contemporary cultural shift towards radical transparency.
