- For which types of use is Friends Space available? Private and public events, film and photo productions, workshops, meetings, panels, concerts, readings, exhibitions, conferences, pop-ups and much more.
- Do you offer event management? Yes, we are happy to take care of everything – from planning, to implementation, to follow-up of events.
- Do you also offer live streaming? Yes, with a partner agency we can develop and technically implement high-quality digital formats – from zoom calls to hybrid events to full on TV broadcasts.
- Can you provide staff? Yes! We can provide security, hostesses, hands, cloakroom attendants, service staff and much more through external service providers.
- Is the furniture included in the rental fee? Yes, the complete interior with seating for up to 60 people is included.
- What furniture and equipment do you offer exactly? 60 chairs, 4 lounge corners with couches and armchairs, 3 large dining tables, 4 folding tables, various couches and side tables, lamps, carpets, vases, etc. All products are high-quality from renowned manufacturers such as Thonet, &tradition, Vitra, Bocci, Siemens BSH, Toto.
- Do you offer catering? We ourselves have no gastronomy, but work together with trusted external providers. We would be happy to take over the catering management for you.
- Can we cook with you? Yes, we’d love you to! We have a fully equipped state of the art Siemens Studio Line kitchen just waiting for your cooking skills.
- Can we have a party at your place with a DJ and a dance floor? No. Loud music is not possible after 10pm.
- What about live music? Live music is in principle possible as long as it is without amplification and only up to a certain volume between 8am and 10pm.
- Are there time restrictions? No, the room can be used 24 hours a day.
- What is the capacity? 190 people standing, 80 seated in row seating, 60 seated dining
- Is there a discount on the daily rate when booking several days? Yes, of course! The longer the booking time, the lower the daily price!
- Is there a lift? Unfortunately not.
- On which floor is the Friends Space located? On the 1st floor, accessible via two staircases.
- Are the rooms barrier-free? Unfortunately not. However, we offer professional stand-by carrying assistance on request.
- What technical equipment do you offer? We can offer you a video projector with a screen, a sound system with a mixer and wireless microphones, a wireless surround sound system, and a high-quality lighting system that can be controlled via an app. Of course, we can organise everything else for you.
- What about internet? We have separate wifi for production and guests and a stationary 1-gigabit fibre optic connection for very speedy internet.
- What about parking spaces? Up to two vehicles can be parked in the courtyard for the duration of the production. If more parking is needed for larger vehicles, a no-stopping zone would need to be put in place on the street. We are happy to assist with the application.
- What about delivery and collection? Up to 2.5 t (standard transporters) can drive directly to the main entrance via the courtyard. Trucks must be unloaded on the street.
- What about collection and delivery outside the rental period? We will be happy to take care of the logistics for a small surcharge.
